Make Your Own Smoothie Recipes

It is easy enough to test different recipes for your smoothies. You just need to add enough liquid and the right mix of fruits and other ingredient to get a lovely taste. If you want to keep everything healthy, then use raw and organic ingredients. Choose your liquids wisely … such as raw almond milk or coconut milk.

However – I certainly love the odd “indulgent” smoothie from time to time. So don’t be scared to treat yourself occasionally, OK? … you deserve it! Take the time to experiment and come up with some of your own favorites.
