Leg Cramp Relief:
Both of my parents have tried a number of leg cramp relief remedies with not much luck. But this one works. Who knows why, I certainly don’t and it really doesn’t make much sense – but work it does. It has worked for anyone I have suggested it to, so far. So here it is:
Soap! Yup, just plain and simple old soap. It doesn’t matter what type of soap, a cheap bar from the store or a fancy shmancy all-organic bar of soap. They all work. All you need to do is to put the soap close to your legs – or any other part of your body that gets nighttime cramps.
The easiest way to use this in bed is to put the soap underneath your sheet close to your legs. Or you can wrap it in some cloth to prevent any skin reaction and pop it inside your sock. The sock works well for when you are relaxing at home and not in bed, as you are able to walk around with it inside your sock. And it does not have to be a huge bar of soap, even a sliver will work.
Try it – it works! You may feel a little silly but it is sure worth a shot. And if it works for you please come back and leave your comment at the bottom of this page. Make sure you tell others this little beauty remedy for how to stop leg cramps, they will thank you for it.
